Meet Sasha! This beautiful 17 pound 5-7 year old Cavalier/Tibetian Spaniel will be heading our way from the NYCACC Manhattan Shelter. Poor sweet Sasha was turned in as an owner surrender by the same family who adopted her from the very same NYCACC Shelter two years ago. We're hoping this time, three's a charm!
